Hello all. I’ve been using Topaz Video as standalone for a few months. It’s great. I’ve just started using the new Topaz Video panel inside Premiere Pro. I’m primarily using it to upscale 1080p to 4k. It upscales the video fine but for some reason it’s not copying the audio over. I’m using the Proteus model. the files are mainly .MXF/h264. There is no problem with the original audio on the files. Can anyone help? Thanks.
The audio would be unaffected from the original source, and just copied over. Are you pulling it from the timeline or loading it into the Panel from a bin?
