Asked to "claim" a license each time I swap between my laptop and desktop

Hello,

 I have an issue with the licensing of my copy of Photo AI. I have installed it ONLY on two devices, my desktop and my laptop however each time I use one or the other, it says "You have exceeded your license limit (2/2)." and I have to log in to "claim" one of the used licenses. This morning I used my desktop after last using my laptop and it showed that my laptop had "claimed" two licenses. Now if I log into my laptop it will show that my DESKTOP has claimed 2 licenses. Please investigate this issue. It does not stop me from using your product however it is rather annoying to have to "claim" my license every time I swap devices.

Thanks for reaching out. It sounds like you are claiming the same seat over and over again on both computers.

Please expand the list to show the other devices and claim the seat from the other device on the list so that you are removing this old device on the list so you don’t have to constantly move the seat around.
