Asian Openbill Stork at Benjakitti Park in Bangkok. Because they are working on the water control in the lake the water level has dropped down so there is plenty of food available in the shallow water. They are a specialist feeder using their openbill, which is thought to be an adaptation for feeding, to eat water snails.
