If I go above 60% sharpening and denoise with v3, the app seems to add small white speckled artifacts to the image. Any suggestions or fixes?

Attached are two images pre and post processing with Topaz AI v3.02.
The problem is most apparent on older, lower resolution photographs.
PHOTO #1:
PRE PROCESSING:
POST PROCESSING :
Note, images were processed at 2x with both 70% and 80# sharpen, lens blur and denoise.
Post processed images show improvement of the face, but with new artifacts of the eyes, ears, teeth and hands that weren’t on the original photo.
PHOTO #2 :
PRE PROCESSING :
POST PROCESSING :
Note, images were processed at 2x and 70% sharpen, lens blur and denoise.
Post processed images of the crocodile are composed of a series of blocks that weren’t part of the original image.

These examples looks to be from over processing while using Topaz Photo AI. I would recommend lowering the values of the enhancements you are using then export the images. If you need further processing run the files back through the application to see if the artifacts are still present.
Ok. Thanks .
