Arrow keys affect timeline and not save-as dialog box when exporting

Went to export and while changing the desired file name in the save-as dialog box, the L/R arrow keys were adjusting the playhead on the timeline in the player.

Apple Mac Studio - M2 Ultra | Ventura 13.5
Topaz - Ver. 6.0.4

I see this has been an issue in the past. I haven’t experienced it until now. Updated to the latest version today.
