I already removed and reinstalled DeNoise, Sharpen and Adjust, and then restarted my PC. What else can I do to make these work again?

Raise a support request at the main website, note also that Adjust is a legacy app and no longer supported. Note also that Adjust works on my Win 11 PC so look to a recent update to the system or to any apps that use Adjust as a plugin to see if the issue is there.
