In some cases I highligh several input files at once and select my preferred preset, then I make individual crop adjustments to each file (when necessary). However, in the latest version, applying the crop setting causes other settings to go back to default. It even resets the preset to “None”. With 4.0.4 I suddenly have to select the preset for each individual file after having applied the crop settings.
This seems like an obvious bug, as I see no good reason why TVAI should “forget” all other settings just because the crop function is added to the mix…
Eight days have passed, and not even a simple “Thank you for the heads up, we’ll take your feedback into consideration”…
In this case I chose to not include any system specs, for the simple reason that I figured such information would be redundant. This seems like an interface issue, which is probably independent of factors like hardware and OS. But if you feel that such details would be of value, all you have to do is ask, and I’ll of course provide it.
This sort of issue takes a mere minute to test. Would be nice to get a response.
