Apply Current Settings batch upscale to specific height doesn't always work unless I open and pause on each image first

Steps to reproduce issue:

  1. Open many images, e…g a few dozen
  2. Add Upscale on an image and select a specific height, e.g. 2160
  3. Click Select All, right-click, and choose Apply → Current settings
  4. Click Export images

Expected behavior: All images get upscaled to 2160 pixels high.
Actual behavior: Some images get upscaled to other various amounts.

Workaround:
4. Using the arrow keys, slowly step through to each image and wait a second or two before moving on to the next one.
5. Export images

It seems you have to open each image briefly for the Apply Current Settings to fully “take”.

I would expect the settings to immediately apply to each, and then on export they would recompute as needed.
