This is my very first video. i pressed on “Preview” a few seconds later the application crashed.

Your system is below the System Requirements for Topaz Video and that is causing the GPU to be overwhelmed and unable to run the models correctly.
Open the Preferences Panel and change the following settings to see if there is a balance that can be reached where your GPU can handle it.
File>Preferences>Processing

Ensure that your GPU is selected for the AI Processor

Set the max memory to 80%

Set max processes to 1

Save the settings and close the panel.

Re-run your clip through the process that you were trying.
