App Force Close After Update v.74

App Force Close After Update v.7.4 posisition on mac m1 monterey 12.4
maybe because no auto update for models after update apps v7.4
when i start upscale stuck. no progress

I’m having same issue on Windows 11 with NVIDIA RTX4080.
Gigia Pixel worked great up until this latest “update”, now crashes every time I try to run it.

  1. How do I downgrade back to 7.3.2 ?

  2. Where is the “help chat” where I can send the zipped log files as described in the troubleshoot page?

Hello Mawar!

We are working on resolving this issue.

While we are making the changes to resolve, you can try this temporary fix:

  1. Downgrade to v7.3.2
  2. Re-enable lens correction in your Preferences
  3. Update to 7.4.0 again

Please let me know though if you do still continue to experience the same error even without the fix

Dumb question: Where is the help ticket located on the Troubleshooting page? I can’t easily find it (might just be me, but just asking here as part of user feedback) - I’ll keep looking for it. :slight_smile:

Ok, no luck finding the “submit a ticket” option. Can you provide a link to that directly and not the “Topaz Labs Support Page”? Or - can I just email you?

Also, there is no “chat window” that opens
" Go to the Topaz Labs Support Page and the Support Chat window pops up. Drag your Logs.zip file into the message box. Be sure to include in your message a step by step description of how your Error occurred."
