Hello, I have version 7.0 and last night I started a film with Starlight. It said it would last 14 hours. I went to bed and this morning the Topaz AI app was closed (which has happened several times before). However, my graphics card is still at 93% utilization. The Runner.exe, which belongs to Topaz, is running at full capacity, as if the film is still being converted. However, I don’t see any files in the target folder, and when I restart the app, I don’t see anything working. Does anyone know the problem?
Can you pull the logs from the app and send to the support team at help@topazlabs.com, this way we can take a look at what caused the crash?
To gather logs, please select Help > Logging > Get Logs for Support and attach the zip file to your reply.
