Trying to frame interpolate a video with an unusually low framerate using Apollo model [15fps → 60fps], it gets permanently stuck at "Initiating process… 98.88%’ and will not progress. I’m also using scene splitting, if that matters.

I have tried multiple times, it gets stuck at the same point.
