I’m getting an error when attempting to work with an MP4 file that was shot on my FX3.
The message I get when I tried to preview is: “There was an issue reading the video. This is most likely caused by the video being deleted from disk or not having the correct file permissions.”
The video information section on the main page says “Size: 0x0” and SAR: 1.
So obviously Topaz is not able to see this particular MP4 file. Any idea what’s causing it?
If I put that clip into Premiere, say, then export as an Mp4, it works fine…but not straight out of camera, unfortunately. Any thoughts?
