I just purchased Gigapixel AI. Now that I have downloaded and installed it, every action that I try to make on a photo causes an error message to pop up, saying “An error was encountered while processing. If this continues, please contact Support.” I should also note that I am NOT using Lightroom with this product. While the photo will load, the app cannot complete any actions. I’ve restarted my computer thinking that might be the issue, but it did not help.
I am having the exact same thing happening… frustrating… can’t do anything with Gigapixel 8
so far, no response from customer support.

I have similar issues!
Same problem! But only when using “High Fidelity v2”, even in preview. Using any other model, it works fine…
I’m with the same problems.
When the image loads, just after executing the first upscaling of the image, the application was closed.
I reload and repair the application and the problem remains.
I never get this problem with previous releases of Gigapixel
