Always stop at "downloading mod"

Now all my videos are always in the “downloading mod” and then never move again
Especially now I am a new computer, no other software has changed the factory settings

I’ve been having that issue as well and found it only seems to move on when I use one setting at a time?

Could I take a look at the app’s log files to see what could be causing this error?

To gather logs, please select Help > File Logging and make sure that there is a check mark next to File Logging. Next, recreate the issue and then return to the Help menu and select > Get Logs for Support and attach the zip file to your reply.
