I have all standalone tools (DeNoise, Adjust, Sharpen, GigaPixel, Jpeg to Raw) and studio 1 and now at Studio 2 that can not be loaded as it just hung there not able to type in email and password and move forward. I can use them as plug ins (Adjust, Sharpen, DeNoise and Studio 2) in PS. It is annoyed as I have to launch PS to use these Apps. Please provide the support how to resolve this issue.
Please go to the Topaz Labs website and raise a technical support request. Make sure you meet the technical requirements, all GPU drivers are up to date and supply your PC details.
If you can use them as a plugin it means that the registration is Ok
