Every time I run DeNoise, AI, Sharpen apps the results are unsuseable.
Steps to reproduce issue:
- Open PhotoAI
- Run PhotoAI
- Side by side preview is blurry or full of artifacts.

I’ve uploaded the dxdiag file and 3 examples of 3 Topaz apps all giving me artifacts and blurry previews.
Unfortunately, you aren’t able to run the application because your system is underpowered and doesn’t meet our system requirements.

Your machine only has 6GB of RAM, while our Minimum Requirement is 16GB of RAM.
My PC is over powered for the Software. I’ve ran it before for over a year up until recently. My RAM is 64GB not 6. I have a GPU Radeon Vega Frontier Edition that has 16GB of ram by itself. My processor is a 12th gen i7.
So, with that in mind can you think of another reason it recently stopped working?

My apologies for the mistake; I must have misread this information in the initial review.
I would like for you to try updating the driver to see if this helps resolve the problem. Here are the steps to do this:
Open your Device Manager
Go to Display adapters and double-click on your Radeon Vega GPU. Then go to the Driver tab and Update the driver.
I did as you asked and updated the driver for my GPU. I still have the same issue.
