The image here wasn’t done in Topaz. I had used a black and white image of the angel and did firm up the Edges in Topaz…
I also took a plainish golden canvas and sunk a random net of black doodle lines I had done Into it (through Multiply).
I went into deepdreamgenerator and used the gold with net image as the style to impart to the angel.
However this posting is about Topaz. I used the oval shape from one of the circular borders in Texture and then added a simple Digital Frame. Thought it suited the image well.
