After downloading this update, my iMac won’t process or save sharpened images. Worked immediately after download and then stopped. I may have not given a permission that was necessary, but don’t see a second chance to download. It’s not clear how to send this notification!
Please open Topaz Photo AI, go to the menu bar on the top and click the Help > Open Log Folder menu option. Attach the logs files that you can see in the window that opens.
I should be able to determine what is happening and send next steps with this information.
With Apple support, I was able to delete the early download and download the latest edition from my account.
