I finally got (most of) the problems solved with help from tech support. After trying everything else other than rolling back, and nothing changing, I finally did rollback. Seems the latest previous version is 1.12.6, since there was some problem with 1.13. My tiles are now all there in the proper order, no more empty black rectangles, and most of the missing list of presets is back. For some reason, they stop at Misty Rainbow.
So, I wanted to try the update again, but “Check for Software Updates” says I have the latest version. Did they stop 1.14 also? Is 1.12.6 really the latest update, or do I have to do something else to get it? The tiles do go all the way to Yellow Brick Road.
