Unfortunately, the current VRAM requirement for Aion is 12GB if I recall.

There is a known issue with Mac systems that use AMD GPU cards, that the dev team has been trying to resolve with Apple but it requires a patch from the Apple side to resolve. You can send the logs from the app to the support team directly to see if they can help further troubleshoot or provide more context on the issue.
