It looks up to date so I suspect there may be missing model files. Please follow the steps below to fix this.
In MacOS System Settings > Privacy & Security > Files & Folders, find Installer and enable all locations for it.
Run the Topaz Photo AI installer. You can download a new installer from the downloads page directly. https://topazlabs.com/downloads/

With new data, the processing process is still very slow
Will try ones more from RAW as well as Tiff files
