Every time I update my software above version 1.3.2, load images to process, my software begins to process then crashes. Versions 1.3.3, 1.3,4, 1,3.5, 1.3.6 all crash. I reinstall 1,3,2, it works perfectly. My computer has an Intel i7 processor with 32 GB’s of RAM. Windows 11 Home.

I supplied that info to the first person that contacted me. Did what he suggested, still the same. All versions other than AI 1.3.2 crash. I reinstalled 1.3.2, works perfectly. It’s to bad I can’t update. Whatever.
@2myjm Thanks for submitting a support ticket and following the troubleshooting instructions.
From what I can tell, it’s a graphics card restriction. Even though the drivers are up to date, performance may still be sub-optimal.
You can try using the CPU to process as well to see if the behavior is different. Go to the Topaz Photo AI Menu option > Preferences > General menu > AI Processor > CPU.
