AI Processor with RTX 4060 Ti

Hello,

I have a new graphic card: ASUS GeForce 4060 Ti.
My old graphics card was too slow (Geforce 1050).

But:
the new 4060 is even slower…

The acceleration is apparently not used.
No matter if “Auto” or “4060 Ti”.

the GPU clock is not for example 2625, but only 230 MHz.

What can I do?

kind regards
Tom

Topaz Photo AI [v1.5.1] on [Windows 11 Pro]

please open dxdiag and save the results to post here. also check if you have properly installed the latest nvidia driver for your 4060!

DxDiag-23-08-17.txt (104.2 KB)

Thank you for the answer!

The nvidia driver is the latest (536.99)

Greetings!

Which processing mode did you choose? Deinterlacing seems to mostly be done by the CPU alone (don’t proof me wrong).

Please open Topaz Photo AI, go to the menu bar on the top and click the Help > Open Log Folder menu option. Attach all the logs files that you can see in the window that opens.

I should be able to determine what is happening and send next steps with this information.

You may need to run the Topaz Photo AI installer again to get the model files for this new graphics card. You can get a new installer from the downloads page here:
https://topazlabs.com/downloads/

I have Photo AI uninstalled and reinstalled.
And Voilá:
now it works correctly and fast

Thanks for your help!
Tom
