I am using AI Gigapixel and keep getting an error message that states that it cannot write to ( then references the source Lightroom file). The file is a gif file and is large - 832 mb.
I expect you mean TIF as GIF are not supported. If you are trying to reimport into Lightroom you will need to save as a different image name and then synchronise the folder as GigaPixel is changing the size of the image.
This is a Lightroom restriction because of the catalog.
