What is your problem and where are your PC details and logs … including install.
AI started working again suddenly on its own. No idea why, but I’m not looking a gift horse in the proverbial mouth.
The AI procedures are part of the Photo AI application … what procedure stopped working?
And if you install the updates make sure you exit from other applications such as PS, LR Capture One etc.
