Hi, has anyone experienced an “AI error" issue on Topaz Video Enhance AI on preview and/or export? It was working fine until I updated to latest version. I run it on a 16GB ram Mac Mini.
Not only I am unable to process any video (main task: deinterlace and upscale to HD), but no other models are available other than ‘Dione’. Went back to previous versions, changed files, always the same issue. Thank you.
