AI crashes during editing of photograph

Steps to reproduce issue:

1. Step 1 Select Filel>Plug-in extras> Process in Topaz AI Lightroom (v 13.4)
2. Step 2 Sometimes nothing happens, other times AI opens and begins editing.
3. Step 3 Part way through the editing, AI closes

We need the actual file and not the screenshots, you should be able to attach the whole folder that contains all the tzlog files to this email instead of that screenshot.
