Hello, i bought a licence in june 2021 for Denoise, Gigapixel & Sharpen and today nothing is working Topaz ask me to buy a news licence. How can y do tu use my old versions ?

Why have they stopped working? If they are on the PC that you have always used them on they will still work.
Topaz doesn’t disable owned software and if you need copies they are on the Product Releases section on this forum where you can download them.

But, the customer has to successfully authenticate to the Topaz license server, correct?
I agree that the OP needs to provide more clarity on what exactly is happening.
