After saving a "remove item" picture to Capture One, I can no longer save other edited photos. It hangs on "Processing"

Steps to reproduce issue:

  1. Step 1 Edit With… several photos from capture one
  2. Step 2 Perform a Remove Item operation on an image and save to capture one
  3. Step 3 Perform a save to capture one on other edited items

Result…cannot save, hangs on processing.

Forced to restart and must edit again.
