Looks like you have an Apple M2 with only 8gb which comes nowhere near to
recomended system let alone minimum needed to run TVAI
Also you downgraded from 5.3.3 to 5.2.1
Any reason for this ?
Your system is below spec for v5 of Video AI, however try clearing the Plist files for Video AI and then restarting your system.
How To Delete Your Plist Files
