Adjust AI Error opening CR2 files

I always get an Error opening any CR2 file in Adjust AI

Any ideas how to solve this?

Firstly RAW images can be opened but are not supported yet.

Secondly what camera are the images from and where are they located, i.e. on the local disk, attached USB disk or network.

:Ok, I understand, When you use Adjust AI as a Photoshop plug in, it works just fine.

CANON EOS 60D, files on local disk

Can the images be opened in other products? Have you opened the CR2 file in Canon DPP and then saved any editing changes?

You should raise a support request saying that these images cannot be loaded and then send a sample image file in so they can have a look at it. Go to Support on the Topaz Labs website.
