The bug / behavior you have encountered
I’ve been using Video AI for around 6 months and even though I successfully activated my software in the very first time, the activation pop up keep coming up from time to time. In the last 24 hours it popped up twice!
Every time after I activate the software works as expected, until the activation popup comes again some time in the future.

I’m using Pi-hole as adblocker, however I don’t think it’s blocking the authentication connection for two reasons:
I looked at Pi-hole’s logs and I couldn’t find any blocked URL that resembles Topaz Labs domain.
I use Pi-hole all the time, however I get he popup asking to activate randomly: sometimes it appears 2-3 times in the same week, but sometimes it takes a while to popup again (the last time this happened was 2 weeks ago). Since Pi-hole is always on then I assume this would happen less randomly, on a regular basis.
The app will look for the authentication token from time to time but it could be getting cleared by another app or setting in your system to where it is having to look more frequently.
