Refreshing credentials again. I have cleaned cash, switched to Google Chrome browser, to no an
avail. I can’t even find the orders I own on the website.
Steps to reproduce issue:
Start App
2.Software asks to Activated. It was activated a while ago, May 5th, no VPN on when I am doing this exercise
Says I am being logged into the applicatin,
Return to app, dialog box requests Activation again,
Have you recently been able to log into your Topaz Labs account in a web browser with the account’s associated email address?
If so then Topaz Photo AI should also connect to your account. If it does not please make sure you do not have any VPN, proxy servers or anti-virus software running that can cause connection issues for the apps to reach our servers.
You can also clear your cookies and cache in the web browser you use and then log back in before clicking the activate option in the app.
