Activation: Endpoint request timed out

Today Topaz Video AI asked me to re-activate. I use it nearly daily, so I found that odd. But I also noticed that Windows prompted me with some advertisements as if I had installed a new OS. So maybe an update was applied that altered my profile.

Anyways, I can’t activate. I get this error:

I’ve tried multiple times. Including different browsers. My default browser is EDGE but I also tried Chrome.

Having the same issue authenticating an upgrade on Chrome

In the middle of a live event and trying to fix a poor quality client video…very annoying

Also having the same issues, and I am new to the product! I am a bit disappointed as this is derailing my project a bit. But it’s good to hear it’s not just me - I have also tried Chrome, Edge.

There was a server issue that has since been repaired and is back up. Are you still having issues with activating?

Server not answering on any browser, VPN or not, reboot my whole house… No, still no server TOPAZ - please wake up! Hello…

Seems to be fixed now

But not for Video Enhance AI 2.6.4 ! (that upscales grainy SD Content much better
with Proteus V3 without eating up all the Grain and Gradients)

We have been experiencing some server drops at night local time in the US that the team is investigating to resolve.

I was able to re-activate the day after I posted my original problem. I have not tried again since then as I am activated now.

Authorization for Video AI not working here either. USA, west coast. I’m directed to my web browser, but the page never loads. Eventually, the “Endpoint request timed out” error is shown. Authorization is completely blocked.

Edit: 4 hours later, tried again and was successful.

I am experiencing the same problem in Topaz Video AI. I am not able to activate / authenticate my account despite having a valid license. I see the same ““message”: “Endpoint request timed out””. Tried in Chrome and Safari.
