Activating Photo AI

Hello,

I have an account and had to reinstall Photo AI, I pushed the activate button but then I see activating and there is no progress at all. I have tried it several times but without succes??

First, please disable antivirus, firewall, VPN, or proxy that may be on your computer. These are known to block the application from authenticating.

If it’s still not working go to the menu bar on the top and click the Help > Open Log Folder menu option. Attach the logs files that you can see in the window that opens.

I have no anti virus or firewall etc, I did use Photo AI already, just had to install a new version. After doing so it want me to buy a new license (more seats) though I have a license. I did sent the loffiles already to your colleague Tim.

When you see the seat manager please click Claim a Seat on one of the listed devices. You do not have to pay for more seats.

Which I did when it finally wasn’t frozen anymore.
