I like your treatment of this country scene. It looks familiar meaning Somerset UK. Can you confirm where it is and which programs you used to achieve a lovely photograph.

Your best bet is to work your way through the tutorials here: http://blog.topazlabs.com/tutorials/ These will show you all you need to know about Topaz products.
My own methods are non-methodical and totally scatterbrained and are usually the results of much experimentation. Just have fun.
