HOW TO OPEN A SUPPORT TICKET
If you encounter a new bug or issue with any of our Web Apps, you can check our Known issues here on this forum. Each will have troubleshooting steps and workarounds if available.
If issues remain after checking these the fastest way to reach us is to write us an email at help@topazlabs.com. This will open a Support ticket with us and we will troubleshoot with you
