i often do restoration of old short movie or other things where i can access to original footage, i usually had a workflow where i load original timeline, or rebuild a timeline from some edit files, and export from Resolve a multiple clips sequence just color corrected, cleaned a bit, off dust or others.
this mean sometimes i take time to build a 20-30 files in Veia and setup to render other single clips.
but… sometime veia crash and i should reload all clips, setup for every clip the perfect value for every clip, and restart rendering.
all this work take time, if i can save a list of clips with a models and value per clip (a simple XML) i can avoid tons of work.
i often setup to render and launch it on the night or when i far from computer.
i would like to save and load a list of clip with their values, like i can do with my editing, or like i do with 3d render which i setup on main computer, and later i start render on another computer.
a simple xml no more is enought.
Projects would help for sure, right now experimenting with different versions means having a side document to take notes and painfully replicate all parameters. Which brings a feature request to be able to set notes on tracks
