Have found the Cyan and Red blotches appearing in all Topaz products to be the most frustrating,
but there is a simple workaround that works in my case in Topaz studio 2 and Sharpen Ai,
create a duplicate layer of the original and apply the Sharpening in Plugin mode, change the blend mode from normal to luminosity.
