7.1.5 and 1.0.4 cannot render Iris & Proteus error but Dione is okay

Hello, I loaded Video AI on a HP Z840 with an older RTX 2070 (581.57 studio driver) to process some interlaced video clips. The models all downloaded but Iris & Proteus are giving general “AI error” when trying to start processing, Dione models work fine. The GPU is not really being used per the task manager, just idling along.

Both Proteus & Iris work fine on my main workstation but having trouble getting this one working. Workstations are both Z840s, my other station has a RTX 4080 Super.

Update: Now have all Topaz fully uninstalled and ProgramData folder purged. Re-installing 7.1.5 and re-downloading the models that I plan to use.

What driver are you running on this RTX 2070? We are looking into some issues with the RTX 20 series cards at this time.

I also noticed the Windows 10 version is extremely old on this workstation (1809) so that is updating to 22H2 currently. Hopefully that fixes the issue.
