I am trying with several files and the export process is not completed even without selecting any processing presets, simply untouched video.
The three dots flash the final time marks zero, but the process does not finish.

Logs show codec parameter issues with the subtitle tracks in the preview process attempt, the export does not even start to process.
Does this happen with any other clips?

I have been testing , the problem occurs every third file.
The files I am experiencing the problem with I imported them into the outdated version of Topaz (4.2.2) and the problem does not occur.
Since a lot has changed since version 4.2.2, I don’t know what this behavior might be due to, I reserve the right to test with newer versions.
I tested with version 5.1.2 and found the same problem.
I have tried cutting the file so that I have a 10 minute sample and the problem does not occur.
I noticed that the problem is related to the length of the file, in my case ile a 108-minute movie.
There have been a lot of back end changes and updates since 4.2.2 but not sure what specifically would be causing this. Ill pass along the info to the dev team for investigation.
