Odd, can you confirm that those models are downloaded on your system? Testing on my end now to see if I can replicate the issue.
Yes. I downloaded them all from scratch.
Can you send your logs to the support team directly at help@topazlabs.com so we can investigate what is going on?
I reinstalled again and get the error only in the 16X Sloowmotion section.
