I cannot choose what I want to Export as…

Also had an issue with the preview not changing when I selected a different video.
Can you clarify what you mean when stating you can not choose when using Export As? Can you share a screenshot of this to help us understand what is going on?
We want to try and replicate on our end to sort out what is going on.
