After several trials I found out why the duration time in Windows does not appear.
This problem is generated when all the options in the “Crash recovery” section are disabled.
Is it possible to find a solution to this problem ?

Interesting and thanks for finding this. I am sending a note to the dev team about this now to look into it.
i also just ran into this issue. i have reenabled crash recovery options and i think all is working now.
