4K gives 3843x2160 pixels instead of 3840x2160

The following actions result in an image size of 3843x2160 pixels instead of 3840x2160 in Video AI 4.0.4 running on a Mac:

A. 720x480 anamorphic (SAR = 1.1852) MOV > Proteus 4K upscale MOV

B. 3840x2160 TIFF sequence > Theia 4K MOV

Note the following:

C. 720x480 anamorphic (SAR = 1.1852) MOV > Proteus 4K upscale TIFF sequence produces 3840x2160 TIFF images

Attached are screen shots, the system profile and the Video AI logs.

Here are some observations:

For A, it seems that 720x480 is scaled internally to 854x480 than scaled again by a factor of 4.5, which gives 3843x2160 instead of 3840x2160.

For B, Video AI shows a SAR of “1:1” for the input, even though no SAR is indicated in the metadata of input files.
