4.0 Video processing information only shows up if playhead is in area where video was processed

Note sure if this is a bug because changes to how previews works kind of necessitates this.

TVAI version: 4.0 on macOS

Description of issue:
The information about a preview (If it has finished processing, time taken to process, etc) only shows up if the playhead is within the region where the preview was made.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Import a video.
  2. Adjust some settings.
  3. Create a preview.
  4. Notice that the preview in the bottom has information (E.G. Took 20 seconds to process)
  5. Move the playhead outside the region where the preview was generated. Notice the information from before is missing.
