Since I installed 4.0.9, nothing works anymore.
I choose my options, clic export but nothing happens, it seems that the process freezes.
Are you still having problems with freezing? If so, please upload your system profile and logs to my Dropbox here or reach out to our support team
No, it seems to work fine now and I purchased a one year update.
