[2nd monitor issue] - v3.4.3 freezes in second monitor

I recently started using Photo AI 3.4.3 in a Windows 11 Pro computer fully up to date with two ASUS ProArt monitors. One monitor is 24 inches and the other is 27 inches.

Photo AI loads and works fine on the 24-inch monitor, but it freezes while loading on the 27-inch monitor. Other software, such as Lightroom Classic and Photoshop, works fine on the larger monitor. I ran a repair but have not completely removed and reinstalled the software.

Has anyone experienced this behavior? If so, did you find a solution?

need syst pro, ask if reg deletion and changing main monitor makes diff

Can you also confirm if any of these steps fix the issue:

1. Change the main monitor in your Settings
2. How to delete your Registry on Windows
