So after the first run completed over night, the 2nd starts with a different render.
For example…the first 9 vids receive an upscale render… Followed by
an enhancement option (denoise/sharpen).
That would safe a lot of time 
So like additional passes on the same video?

Absolutely 2nd that! I would not stop at a second pass, I have had to run a video though video AI four times with similar settings (if I crack up a setting rather than run it several times it is more likely to cause artifacts).
Oh totally. Just have the option to keep adding new passes on the same video.
